The swimming potential is there—just add water! Our program is designed for students to become completely comfortable in the water and safely swim independently. It is recommended for residents 7 years and up.
Host a private wellness experience for your friends, guests, or company with one of our approved NEMA Wellness instructors. This service allows residents to book a customized class such as yoga, Bootcamp, sound bath, or another wellness offering in an approved amenity space.
All private wellness events must be scheduled in advance and are subject to instructor availability, amenity space availability, and NEMA policies. Services may only take place in approved common-area spaces and are not permitted inside resident units.
